Brandy Gulch forks off of Lemon Gulch and lies within the new Town of Parker Looking Glass residential development area.

The goal of the Brandy Gulch project is to spread storm flows to over bank areas, to prevent further channel degradation as a result of residential development, and to enhance vegetative cover of the riparian corridor.
