HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Able to operate a variety of heavy equipment, including Excavators, Loaders, Skid Steers, and other small support equipment.
- Operate all equipment in a safe manner (including conducting safety inspections & walk-around inspections) and follow all policies & procedures.
- Respond to all signals and directions from other staff members and work in coordination with team members.
- Clean and maintain all equipment including greasing and cleaning excavator tracks.
- Must perform other duties as assigned by the jobsite superintendent when not operating heavy equipment.
This position offers employee benefits and $25/hour – $32/hour negotiable pay.
CONCRETE SPECIALIST
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pour, grade, spread, and level concrete to create smooth finishes for surfaces including but not limited to sidewalks, curbs, wingwalls, inlets, and stairs.
- Set forms and tie rebar.
- Apply curing or surface treatments to concrete.
- Operate small power tools and perform other general labor duties.
- Job requires the following motions: stretching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, throwing. walking, standing, reaching, squatting, and possible lifting up to 50lbs.
This position offers employee benefits and $22/hr – $32/hr negotiable pay.
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
This position reports directly to the top level of management and ownership. This position empowers you to supervise projects from start to finish, assist in preconstruction and project management duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preconstruction Planning
- Project Schedule
- Project Meetings
- Cost Tracking of Key Metrics
- Respnsible for Overall Site Safety
- Responsible for Management of Site Crews (Including Sub-Contractors)
- Coordinate Materials and Equipment delivery
- Maintain Daily Logs (Time Sheets, Job Summary, Etc.)
- Coordination with Admin Office and Project Manager
- Technical Layout of Project Sites Related to Best Management Practices, Water Control, and Dewatering Implementations
- Ensure permit compliance and environmental standards are achieved

PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR
This position reports directly to the top level of management and ownership. This position empowers you to supervise projects from start to finish, assist in preconstruction and project management duties.

- Change Orders
- Billing
- Materials Management
- Project Schedule
- Cost tracking of key metrics
- Technical Support for Superintendents
- Information / Data Management (Organized project file management)
- Crew Supervision

LOWBOY TRUCK DRIVER
This position reports directly to the top level of management, jobsite superintendents, and shop personnel. This position empowers you to aid in ensuring our crews have the adequate equipment and resources necessary to complete each job.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Load, chain, and secure heavy equipment
- Haul equipment to and from jobsites
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Complete all truck and trailer maintenance inspections and logs
- Maintain a clean vehicle
- Must have a clean/valid Class A CDL & pass pre-employment drug-screen
This position offers employee benefits and $25-$30 negotiable pay.
ENVIRONMENTAL &
SAFETY TECHNICIAN
This position reports to top level management, and empowers you to inspect and manage stormwater & safety standards at all our jobsites.
This position requires applicants to be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform weekly, post-storm and monthly site inspections
- Ensure all field operations are in compliance with permits, including State, Local, and Federal permits
- SWMP (stormwater management plan) and WCP (water control plan) management
- Water sampling as needed
- Attend weekly progress meetings
- Conduct daily jobsite safety audits and reporting
- Communicate construction stormwater and dewatering issues to clients and onsite personnel
- Communicate timely and professionally with immediate supervisor and clients to support efficient operations
- Investigate jobsite accidents
- Monitor compliance with safety standards
- Provide safety gear as necessary
This position offers employee benefits and $20+/hr (depends on experience)
