PROJECT MANAGER – Colorado Springs, CO | Civil Construction

This position reports directly to the top level of management and ownership. This position empowers you to supervise projects from start to finish, assist in preconstruction and project management duties.

This position reports directly to the top level of management and ownership. This position empowers you to supervise projects from start to finish, assist in preconstruction and project management duties.

ENVIRONMENTAL INSPECTOR – Colorado | Civil Construction

This position reports directly to the top level of management and ownership. This position empowers you to supervise projects from start to finish, assist in preconstruction and project management duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct on-site inspections of sediment and erosion control measures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local permits
  • Travel daily to multiple construction sites across the Front Range and mountain regions to perform field inspections
  • Document observations, findings, and any violations through photographs and written reports
  • Review and update Stormwater Management Plans (SWMPs) and Water Control Plans (WCPs) in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Collect water samples for laboratory analysis and ensure proper chain-of-custody documentation
  • Communicate inspection results and compliance requirements to project managers, contractors, and field crews
  • Ensure projects comply with CDPHE’s Construction Stormwater Discharge Permits and Construction Dewatering Permits
  • Stay current on evolving local, state, and federal environmental regulations related to stormwater and erosion control

SENIOR ESTIMATOR – Colorado | Civil Construction

This position plays a critical role in our bidding and pre-construction processes. If you have a keen eye for detail, extensive experience in civil estimating, and a passion for building, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop accurate cost estimates
  • Identify risks and opportunities in project scopes and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and leadership to ensure competitive and profitable bids
  • Stay updated on industry costs, labor, and material pricing trends
  • Participate in post-bid reviews and project hand-offs to ensure a smooth transition from estimation to execution
  • Utilize estimating software and tools (e.g., HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam) to streamline processes
  • Lead bid preparation, including subcontractor/vendor outreach and negotiations
  • Prepare detailed takeoffs, pricing, and proposals for private and public sector projects

OPERATIONS SPECIALIST – Colorado | Civil Construction

This position involves overseeing and coordinating operations, ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and align with safety and regulatory standards. As a key member of the team, you will bridge the gap between field teams and leadership to drive efficiency, solve challenges, and contribute to the overall success of each project.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations for multiple, simultaneous construction projects across various stages.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential challenges and providing actionable, proactive solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including vendor coordination and tracking materials.
  • Streamline operational processes and drive the implementation of best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between field teams, superintendents, and leadership, providing seamless communication and operational support.
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, schedules, and updates to workflows.
  • Assist with resource allocation, including labor and equipment, to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
  • Work closely with superintendents and project managers to ensure that projects remain on time and within budget.

SAFETY MANAGER – Colorado | Civil Construction

This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive safety program across multiple job sites. This role will focus on ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing safety culture, reducing workplace incidents, and providing leadership with measurable safety insights and KPIs.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a standardized safety program across all company projects.
  • Conduct safety training programs for new hires and ongoing workforce education, ensuring compliance with OSHA and industry standards.
  • Perform regular job site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent reoccurrences.
  • Track and report key safety performance indicators (KPIs) such as incident rates, near misses, training completion rates, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOT, MSHA).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters, inspections, and reporting to company leadership.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by engaging with employees and fostering proactive safety practices.
  • Manage Workers’ Compensation claims, including incident reporting, claim follow-ups, and working closely with medical providers.
  • Attend injured employees’ medical appointments to ensure proper care and claim management.
  • Translate safety materials and policies from English to Spanish, ensuring clear communication across all employees.
  • Provide verbal and written translation for safety meetings, incident reports, and training sessions.
