Naranjo Civil Constructors goes back to where it all began and announces the purchase of property at 627 27th Street in Garden City, Colorado as the home for its new headquarters location, set to open in October 2017.
In the early 1990’s Naranjo Civil acquired its first property as H&L Concrete in a small property along 26th Street. The property was less than a quarter of an acre and had a small shop with two offices. In the late 1990’s H&L Concrete upgraded to a larger facility at the southern edge of Garden City. In 2002, H&L Concrete began doing business as Naranjo Civil Constructors and moved to a facility in Greeley.
Naranjo Civil is set to return to Garden City in late October 2017 to a 2.6 acre property with over 6,000 sq. feet of office and shop space. This space will house all equipment maintenance personnel, all construction personnel based out of Northern Colorado, and will be home to a state-of-the-art technology and administrative center. It will be the first time in the 32 year history of the company where all operations are under the same roof, and the first time that there will be ample yard space to accommodate all trucks, equipment and stored materials. The new property abuts the very first Garden City property that was occupied by H&L Concrete in the early 1990’s.
According to Jerry Naranjo, Vice President and Corporate General Manager, “The move was necessitated by the significant growth the company has realized over the years. However, returning to where it all started 25 years ago is like coming home again, and the new headquarters is a reflection of our motto & company mantra, ‘hard work carries the day’.”
Naranjo Civil focuses on serving the public sector with a straight-forward, problem solving approach to civil construction. As a general contractor, or a specialty subcontractor, Naranjo Civil aims to provide unmatched productivity, best-in-class quality construction, and a relentless commitment to providing an elite level of customer service.
