PARKER MULTI-USE TRAIL
Naranjo Civil Constructors is proud to undertake the CO 83 (Parker Road) Sidewalk East Side on behalf of the Town of Parker, Colorado. This transformative project aims to enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility along Parker Road by constructing 0.7 miles of new sidewalk on the east side of the road, from south of Hilltop Road to just north of Sulphur Gulch. Additionally, the project includes installing a pedestrian bridge structure over Sulphur Gulch north of Clubhouse Drive and Parker Road.
The project will enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility along Parker Road, improving community connectivity and supporting economic vitality. Construction will span approximately 203 working days, operating from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday, with occasional lane closures and possible overnight and weekend work to meet project milestones. We aim to wrap up construction in February of 25′. Signs will be posted to alert motorists to closures and detour routes, and real-time travel conditions and road closures can be found on COtrip.org. We appreciate the community’s cooperation and patience as we work to enhance pedestrian infrastructure in the Town of Parker.
