A little public outreach can go a long way. In late July we engaged with Westminster residents at a public open house for an upcoming project, Big Dry Creek Upstream off Sheridan Blvd. We are thrilled to revitalize this section of degraded creek with our trusted partners at The City of Westminster, Mile High Flood District, Olsson, Stream Landscape Architecture + Planning starting this Fall/Winter!
We are thrilled to announce our newest addition to the Naranjo team, Project Manager Brandon Houser. Located in Pueblo Brandon will be managing construction operations in our Southern reaches. Outside of work, Brandon can be found mountain biking, wake surfing on the lake, hunting, fishing, or pursuing his private pilot’s license.
Earlier this summer Naranjo Civil and the Mile High Flood District hosted a lunch and learn jobsite tour, educationally showcasing premier drainageway projects around the Denver Metro area. Members from the Fountain Creek Watershed Flood Control Greenway District and other Southern Colorado firms joined us in visiting: Newlin Gulch @ The Canyons, Lemon Gulch @ Looking Glass, River Run Park, and MHFDs’ new office location
On June 8th, Naranjo Civil was awarded the BizWest 2023 Innovation Quotient (IQ) Award for most innovative construction company in Northern Colorado and Boulder Valley. This snapping turtle was one of hundreds safely relocated at Lake Arbor in Arvada last month alongside our partners City of Arvada, MHFD & SWCA Environmental. Construction will continue through the summer ultimately improving public safety, stabilizing the banks, and improving water quality.

He guided an exploration of who you were when you were younger, who you aspire to be when you are older, and how those discoveries can lift you from self-doubt to a future vision of a more satisfied self.
